  • Drop without a W January 31- February 5th (if you are within this time frame you will still check the box that states you will recieve a W) 
  • drop with a “W” grade with approval: February 6
  • Last day to drop with a “W” grade with approval: April 17
  • You may not use this form starting APRIL 18TH.  Contact your advisor for assistance.

Withdrawing from a class can have a significant impact if you are a student athlete, international student, or receiving VA education benefits. It can also effect on campus housing, financial aid, and scholarships.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to discuss withdrawing from my course(s) with my relevant departments.

Once you have completed this page, we will initiate the drop process and you will be notified by the Office of the Registrar once the process has been completed.  If this form is submitted after 5 pm, during a holiday or a weekend, the process will not be started until the next business day.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided but please understand that you may not see it immediately.  All withdrawals are processed by the Registrar’s Office and will require confirmation from your instructor. If this form is submitted after 5 pm, during a holiday or a weekend, the process will not be started until the next business day.
